Ayesha (RA) said that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to say when he saw rain -
اَللَّهُمَّ صَيِّبًا نَافِعًا
Transliteration
Allaahumma sayyiban naafi'an
Meaning
O Allah, (bring) beneficial rain clouds.
